Playing lute-like instrument to friend in grove of bamboo and rocks under a flowering prunus tree. Poem with chop mid lower left, with collector’s chop lower right. Chinese character inscription on back of mount at upper roll bar. Ink with some color, painting only 43” x 22.5”, mounted 70” x 26”. Provenance: Dealer Florence Ueltzen of Fu Ming Fair, Mainland, PA., purchased in 1970’s.
