Powerful graphite drawing of men, woman, and children packed into a ship’s hold. The interior curve of the ship’s hull indicates that the refugees are aboard a ship, crammed into berths.
Consignor states that this drawing was done by a Holocaust survivor.
Indistinctly signed "Sheba" and dated ’47 lower right. Possibly additional information inside, but not removed from frame.
